Volunteers

Eddie Drayton

Hello Everyone,

My name is Eddie Drayton. I have been one of the major volunteers for ANHO since its inception back in 2007. I have worked with Abiy Negussie and the other volunteers and paid staff over the years to help design the website and work on drafting and constantly improving the content of the website. I have also helped with various aspects related to fundraising for ANHO in the past. I am a lawyer by profession and qualified with an LLB hons in Law and then worked as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in the United Kingdom for 13 years. I have also visited Ethiopia many times and am fairly familiar with the culture of the country. It is amazing how far ANHO has come since its inception back in 2007 and I am very happy to be a part of the process of taking the charity forward so that it can support more and more street children and give them a better life. Please join in with our work in any way that you can.

Usman Nazir

Hello Everyone,

My name is Usman Nazir. I am a Software Engineer and IT Trainer by Profession. I did my MS at the University of Wales in the United Kingdom and I am also a Gold Medalist from UET in Lahore, Pakistan. I have over 10 years of professional development experience in the international market and I have worked in various technologies and platforms and have professionally developed and supervised hundreds of projects worldwide. As a software trainer, I have trained thousands of students who are now serving the IT industry in various capacities across the globe.

I feel honored to be a part of ANHO’s work and to manage different IT-related matters for the charity including website design and development, emails and hosting management as well as the handling of media content amongst other things. It gives me immense pleasure to see the success stories of ANHO children who are now professionally engaged in different activities after being able to get a proper schooling from ANHO. ANHO has not only brought a positive change into the life of many street children but it has also made them capable of better serving their community. I am sure that we will see more success stories in the future from other ANHO children. Join hands with us to make this vision possible.
