Hello Everyone, My name is Tirfe Gummaro and I am the Director of the Abiy Negussie Humanitarian Organization [ANHO}. Before I started working for ANHO I was a Physics teacher for high school students and students preparing to enter college.

I joined ANHO from its formation in 2007 in order to support Abiy’s vision for the organization. I also studied Business Management at degree level in the past and that has helped me to understand the needs of the charity and to run it effectively. The work of ANHO has gone from strength to strength over the years. Since ANHO’s inception in 2007 I have seen the whole temperament of the children under our care improve emotionally and psychologically. The physical well being of the children has also massively improved over the years. I am extremely proud of my decision to establish the charity back in 2007 and I am very satisfied with all of the effort that has been put in over the years.
